  Of course money is tight for all of us these days, but if you want old fashioned service, great products and super slick delivery then you will not beat Pet Shop Direct. I won't be wasting my time looking around anymore, it is saved in my favourites and on my phone, do the same, you can't go wrong.

  When you look at the "about" section of the Pet Shop Direct website it states the company wants to provide great communication, speedy service and great prices. All things you would expect to read from a company trying to promote themselves and to take some of your hard earned from you.

  I remember when the package arrived, the package in my hands. I gently opened my wonderful package and reached in deep into the box...and to my horror i found a leaking bottle of shampoo. In my hands was a cracked bottle of shampoo with a poorly fixed line of tape over the horrifying crack in the bottle lid. In the box and all over my hands was the leaked shampoo.

  Very professional but personable on the phone answering all questions without any push to buy, great selection of quality items so your pet is safe and will experience exactly what the product is described to do and speed of delivery, my delivery was delivered to my door in UNDER 24 hours from when I had paid for it, no I don't live next door I am in another state!!
